Inspecting your new home does not need to be stressful and complicated. The reason my report is not prepared on site, as some other inspection companies may offer, is that your inspection report is much too important to be rushed. In the quiet privacy of my office, I take all the time I need to review the photographs and notes taken during the inspection of your home. I may also need to do additional research from journals and technical manuals I have available in my office and on line, to make sure what is included in the report is correct and accurate. This type of time and attention to detail cannot be done on site, when kids may be crying and hungry and your agent is in a hurry, something importanat is going to be missed and you cannot afford that.
